Dr. Francine Kitagawa (formerly Dr. Liew) is a graduate of UC San Francisco, which has one of the nation's top dental programs. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association, which devote much of their efforts into maintaining professional ethics and high standards of care in dentistry.
Dr. Kitagawa has continued her dental education throughout the years with programs focused on modern techniques taught by leading educators in the field. She uses only the best and most reliable materials, yet keeps dentistry affordable for patients.
She also believes in educating her patients so they understand their treatment plan. Her philosophy extends to her staff so that patients also understand their insurance benefits and learn how to maximize their coverage.
