Title: my first visit
Customer Review: This was my fisrt visit with Dr. Kitagawa. She was very professional and gentle. Very clean office. I was asked about my concerns and issues. She explained everything in great detail and made sure I was happy and understood everything. I will not go anywhere else and have already sent my wife and a few other relatives for appointments.

Customer Review: When I changed jobs a few years ago, I tried several dental offices and had some not so pleasant experiences, including needing to have one crown re-done 3 times! Dr. Kitagawa was able to not only re-do the crown correctly but has since completed a few other procedures including replacing old fillings. She and her staff are friendly and efficient and I would (and have) referred others to her without hesitation.

Customer Review: You and your staff go the "Extra Mile" to make the experience at the dentist so very comfortable. Your approach to customer satisfaction is the best that I have ever seen. The relaxing music, dark sunglasses to shield my eyes from the bright light and moisturizing the patients lips to prevent them from getting dry is just a few things that you do and your attention to detail is amazing.
